The Gables at Green Pastures and Memorial Hospital of Union County are partners in providing complete care to the residents of Union County and the surrounding areas. The professional health care needs of The Gables residents are supervised by medical directors Dr. Prasanna Muniyappa.

We welcome health care providers on a contracted service basis in delivering care for:

• Geriopsychiatry
• Psychology

Rehabilitative therapy is available in the areas of:

• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Respiratory therapy
• Speech therapy

Our professional nursing staff includes:

• Registered Nurses (RN)- on duty/on-call 24 hours per day
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• State Tested Nursing Aides (STNA)
