Resident Council

Made up of a cross-section of those living at The Gables, the Resident Council meets monthly to review activities, events and situations involving the resident's quality of life. A Resident Council president is elected annually. They give our staff a sense of what the resident community desires. Suggestions made along with family input and new resident assessments, are carefully considered as new programs are developed.

Resident involvement is encouraged at every level congruent with the facility's vision of maximizing resident independence and decision making. This philosophy affects a better quality of life and care delivery for those we serve.
